There are numerous of mountain resorts in Cambodia. Among those, Bokor Mountain is a heaven mountain that attracts many tourists to visit.
Bokor Mountain was a relaxing place for France colonist in order to change from the climate of flat area to the mountain near the sea. The heigh of the mountain is about 1040 metre. The climate there is cool and the trees are green and fresh all the time. There are many various of stones lying differently under the trees, some look like a shape of animal, and some look a boat. On the top of Bokor Mountain, we can see all the view of Keb Town, Kompot Town, Krong Preah Seyhanuk and the wide of blue sea extend to the horizon. Also, on the top of mountain, there are many old building, 3 stages waterfall, and the special is the cycling cloud. Tourists can enjoy with swimming, clouds, and the beautiful view of the mountain nature.

Yes, I strongly agree with your details. Bokor Mountain is the highest mountain in Cambodia as you have described about its height. I have ever been to Bokor Mountain, too. I really enjoyed my time over there so much. This mountain is very popular not only for Cambodian, but also for foreigners, as well. It has become popular place because of the climate over there is really comfortable, views are very peaceful, and some interesting place over there is very interesting and attractive.
